   • Only unopened products are eligible for exchange. Opened products cannot be returned.
   • A 25% restocking fee may apply to returned products, and the customer is responsible for shipping the products back to KratomDeal for exchange.

Where we cannot ship

Kratom is restricted in some parts of the United States. We are not able to ship to these states, counties and cities, and we do not ship outside the United States.

Cannot ship statewide: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, North Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Wisconsin

• California — San Diego, Oceanside
• Florida — Sarasota County
• Illinois — Alton, Jerseyville, Edwardsville
• Mississippi — Columbus, Union County
• New York — Albany County, Oneida County

California — State health authorities restricted the retail sale of kratom products statewide in October 2025. We currently ship to California addresses outside the city bans listed above. Please check your local position before ordering.

Local rules change. If your area is restricted we will contact you and refund your order in full rather than ship it.
