- All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day. (Monday) All orders are shipped from North Carolina. We do our best to ship all packages same day.
- How do i track shipment progress?
you have received an email from us that your order has been shipped,
you can simply follow the link and to track your order. You typically
receive an email confirmation immediately after the order has been

- Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?
- We ship to PO boxes, however due to recent regulatioms with the military we do not ship to APO/FPO.
- What if i entered Incorrect Address?
you accidentally entered the wrong address for your shipment please

- How do i cancel my order?
- If you wish to cancel your order simply email us before your order ships. Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel nor reroute your order.

We do not store any credit card information, once your order has been processed, all credit card information is discarded from our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be a satisfied customer, so all of the Kratom products are backed by a 14-day guarantee. This means that you will get a full refund which includes shipping costs if you are not fully satisfied with your order. The 14-day period is in effect from the time you get your order and is based on your tracking information.
In order to receive your refund, please use the contact form on the Kratom Deal website to fill out your request. A representative of Kratom Deal will assist you with processing your refund transaction at that time. During the transaction, the representative may suggest an exchange and/or ask you why you are dissatisfied with your product or service you received. The choice will be up to you as to whether you want a store exchange or full refund.
Opened or Unopened Packages must be returned during an exchange or refund.
Credit Card Refunds
The refund will credited back to the card you ordered your Kratom products on. A refund will typically take 2-7 business days to show on your statement. However, it may take longer in certain circumstances. If you have any questions concerning the process, feel free to contact customer support at any time.
